Welcome to Petopia. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and services. By booking a
service with us, you agree to comply with these terms.
2. Services & Bookings
All appointments for boarding, grooming, and veterinary services are subject to availability. We reserve
the right to refuse service to any pet that poses a danger to our staff or other animals.
- Appointments: Prior booking is recommended. Walk-ins are subject to slot
availability.
- Cancellations: Please provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations. Failure
to do so may incur a fee.
3. Pet Health & Safety
To ensure the safety of all pets in our care:
- Vaccinations: All pets must have up-to-date vaccination records.
- Health: Pets must be free from contagious diseases, fleas, and ticks.
- Aggression: Owners must disclose any history of aggression. We reserve the right to
muzzle or isolate pets if necessary for safety.
- Zero Cuts Policy: We generally avoid shaving double-coated dogs unless medically
necessary, as it can damage their fur and temperature regulation.
4. Liability
While we exercise extreme care, Petopia is not liable for:
- Loss or damage to personal items (leashes, collars, toys) left with the pet.
- Any underlying health conditions that may flare up during the stay.
- Unforeseeable accidents, although we take every precaution to prevent them.
5. Rights of Admission
Management reserves the right to decline or terminate services if a pet is deemed unmanageable,
aggressive, or if the terms are violated.
